Oh how we love our Diva Cups!  This innovative tampon alternative is a reusable silicone menstrual cup that is convenient, reliable, environmentally responsible and economically smart.  Latex-free, plastic-free and BPA-free, it can safely be worn for up to 12 hours at one time.  Made in Canada.

Choose Size One if you are under 30 years old and have never delivered vaginally or by caesarean section.  Size Two is recommended if you are over 30 or have delivered vaginally or by c-section.

Lunapads Heavy Pad and Wing Liner

These uniquely designed washable cloth menstrual pads feature 2 parts: a pad base with wings that fasten around the gusset of your underwear and a liner insert that is secured to the top of the pad with ric-rac bands.  Inserts may be used to increase absorbency and prevent leaks.  The pad base contains 1 layer of ultra-thin nylon to minimize soaking through. 

Recommended for: heavy flow, postpartum, incontinence
